* RECENT JURY VERDICT *
In January 2026, Attorneys Leonard Frisoli and Charles Frisoli recovered a $2,290,000 jury verdict on behalf of a Plaintiff client who was defrauded by the owner (Defendant) of several assisted living facilities, who claimed to be very successful but was basically operating a Ponzi scheme for his own benefit. The Defendant repeatedly assured the Plaintiff that the Plaintiff’s monies were used for legitimate business expenses, but no financial records were produced to corroborate that claim. At the end of the trial, a unanimous jury found the Defendant liable for breach of contract, fraud, and unfair and deceptive acts and practices.
